The HBICHQ Women’s Mentorship Certification Program is a leadership development program created for HBICHQ Members & Graduates of the Pave the Path to Success Program.
This certification program is designed to develop leadership skills while strengthening our communal network of empowered women.

These donations provide 100% of all the program fees and & certification materials for 1 Alum of the Pave the Path to Success Program to earn their Mentorship Certification.
2. ALUMNI GROUP SPONSORSHIP
These donations provide 100% of all the program fees and & certification materials for a graduate group of 4 Alumni of the Pave the Path to Success Program to earn their Mentorship Certification.
