Description
In continuing HBICHQ’s mission of entrepreneurship and professional development for women, we created the Youth Leadership Intensive Program to help create a new generation of Leaders. The Youth Leadership Intensive is meant for high school students under the age of 18, designed to be completed within one semester.
As part of the program, students will work together in groups, along with a mentor, in order to complete the online program. At the end of the program, the students will have completed target achievements designed for real-world experience.

1. PROGRAM CONTRIBUTION
These donations provide funds to contribute to the continuation of this program, specifically in the form of tech upkeep and maintenance costs for this online, volunteer-driven leadership program.
2. PROGRAM SPONSORSHIP
These donations provide funds to contribute to the continuation of this program, specifically by funding a sponsorship for eligible workshop leaders so that we may offer this program to more youth groups throughout the nation.
