Are Your Goals Gaslighting You?

When we think of gaslighting we rarely think of the ways we are doing it to our own self or our goals.

When something or someone makes us doubt ourselves, or makes us question our own thoughts and capabilities, that’s gaslighting.

Are you guilty of having these thoughts?

“I’m not smart enough for this.”

“This is never going to happen for me.”

“I keep trying and failing.”

Classic self-gaslighting behavior.

Let me guess… you start on a goal… you don’t see results… you start to doubt yourself… you give up… the cycle repeats.

Are you setting yourself up for failure?

They say a goal without a plan is just a wish.

But it’s not enough to have a plan if that plan doesn’t work for you or produce the results you want.

You have to have the RIGHT plan.

You have to have a SMART plan.

Are you being smart with your goals?

Think of a plan as your roadmap. Whenever you drive to a new place you need to follow a map, right?

You’re on your way to new destination you’ve never been before so you look for place-markers or milestones to know that you’re going in the right direction.

That knowledge can help curb self-gaslighting. All you need is the right plan.

I have helped hundreds of people, people just like you, turn their wish into reality.

I’d like to help you too.
