Women Driven
Women Driven is all about driving the success of our programs which provide practical and actionable solutions to help women create a strong financial future through hard work, dedication, and the support of our community. Our mission is to help build more local businesses and employment opportunities.
Who We Are
Head Boss* In Charge Headquarters is a 501c3 nonprofit. We support women survivors of domestic abuse, homelessness, or other adversities by providing practical solutions for them to start working and earning a living.
Graduates of our program are eligible to step into a full time position earning a living wage. This reduces or eliminates their need for government financial assistance, which reduces the tax burden for our community.
Our vangard program, Pave the Path to Success, provides actionable education and support for these women. This boot-strap program focuses on entrepreneurship and professional development in order for these women to be able to step up and take control of their financial future.
